WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Our weekly sessions provide consistency with variety. Between our team of six teachers, we offer sessions in Vinyasa flow, Yin yoga, Kundalini yoga, Breathwork, Beginners yoga, Mandala Vinyasa, Meditation, Rocket yoga, Strong and Gentle flow.
