TEACHER TEAM

Lauren O'Donovan
Vinyasa, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Teen Yoga, Women's Health Yoga, Sound Healing Practitioner
Lauren is a yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner, and co-founder of Inspirit Studio, whose work is deeply shaped by her personal journey with grief. After losing her brother suddenly in 2018, she turned to yoga, sound, and somatic practices as a way to keep living ~ and healing.

Her classes offer a full-body, emotionally honest experience, blending movement, breath, curated music, and sound healing to support nervous system regulation, self-expression, and deep connection.
Lauren’s teaching ranges from dynamic flows and Kundalini kriyas to slow, intuitive and restorative practices ~ always grounded in choice, presence, and body awareness. She encourages students to feel rather than perform, to honour their unique rhythm, and to listen inward.

Sound is central to Lauren’s work. Whether through live instruments or carefully crafted playlists, she uses sound to help students soften, process, and come home to themselves.

Liv Haskey
Vinyasa, Mandala, Yin yoga, Nidra, Myofascial Release Technique.

Living with Crohn’s disease has shaped Liv’s path and deepened her understanding of the nervous system, chronic illness, and personal healing. She shares from lived experience - offering practices that support regulation, resilience, and self-connection.

At the heart of Liv’s work is a passion for empowering others. Her classes and workshops blend somatic exploration, nervous system education, and breath-led transformation - inviting you to meet yourself with gentleness, curiosity, and strength.

Whether you're navigating stress, illness, or simply seeking a deeper connection to your body and mind, Liv holds a space where healing becomes possible through consistency, presence, and self-compassion

Bex Ellis
Vinyasa, Yoga for autism, Yoga for digestive health and Mindfulness & Meditation
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for 4. I found yoga through a desire to connect more to my body and quieten my busy mind and love to share that with others.
I’m particularly passionate about making yoga accessible for all. I teach a variety of classes including male bodybuilders and autistic adults, strongly believe that every body is welcome in yoga.
I love to have a giggle and make class fun - my fave classes to teach go from gentle stretchy ooziness into a more strength building heat before heading back to snoozy bliss.
I love music and the connection to mind and body - I'm known for having a little sing in class from time to time.

Lucy McSweeney
Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy, Pre & Postnatal massage, Soft tissue therapy, Member of ISRM (institute of sports and remedial massage)
As a child, I was always curious about yoga, a wannabe hippy; a spiritual and philosophical soul but never quite knowing how to channel that. I was a figure skater and musician and always on the go, then I finally landed on my yoga mat in my early 20s and felt like I found what I was put on this planet to do. I enjoyed the stillness, steadiness and strength it gave me.

What I love about yoga is that it is such a wholesome, introspective practice and it can help to shape how you live your daily life.

I love to share the endless benefits of
yoga and to help others find the magic and curiosity
of their own practice.

Phil Clarke
Hatha Yoga
Having spent many years working in the fast-paced high-tech sector, I have found it really important to make the time to look after myself physically and mentally, and this has been particularly through yoga. I love styles of yoga that blend body strengthening and flexibility work as well as bringing stillness to the mind. The benefits of yoga practice are so applicable to all, although I actively encourage more guys to get on their yoga mats!

I attended my first yoga class on a surf trip to Morocco in 2011, and I continued mainly with selfpractice until 2020 when I started attending classes more regularly. I gradually became deeply absorbed in the history and philosophy of yoga and this journey lead to me recently completing my 200 Hours Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Bedfordshire.

Ultimately, I love that the exploration of yoga is never-ending, in exploring new movement as well as gaining life insights through the historical yoga texts – and I like to bring this overall essence into the classes that I hold. My father became a yoga teacher at around the same time in life as I have, and so my yoga journey now continues this heritage. I would love to help you on your own yoga journey!

Emily Parsons
Hatha, Pregnancy, Postnatal, Chair Yoga
My yoga journey began over 15 years ago.
During this time, in both my personal yoga practice and my yoga teaching, I have established a great appreciation for the physical and mental benefits that yoga can have.

The practice of yoga has always been a means for me to find a sense of grounding. I hope that my students leave my classes feeling calm and centred.

I completed my pregnancy & postnatal yoga teacher training whilst pregnant and so have an understanding of how it feels physically and emotionally to practice yoga whilst pregnant and also after giving birth.
It is a privilege to help others as they transition through pregnancy into parenthood.
