TEACHER TEAM

Lauren O'Donovan
Vinyasa, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Teen Yoga, Women's Health Yoga, Sound Healing Practitioner
Yoga has always shown up in my life as my most influential healer & mirror. I found yoga through my journey with grief, it has always held me, anchored and empowered me.
I like to encourage individuality in my classes, focusing on what you can feel rather than what the poses look like. I often cue some free flow within the structure of the class to really dive deep into the art of LISTENING to your bodily wisdom.

Whether it's more dynamic flows, kundalini kriyas or a restorative practice, music will always be a huge part of what I create. I'm a proud Sound Healing Practitioner. I believe sound in all forms to be inspirational and a beautiful way to come together ad connect to the body, mind & spirit.

Bex Ellis
Vinyasa, Yoga for autism, Yoga for digestive health and Mindfulness & Meditation
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for 4. I found yoga through a desire to connect more to my body and quieten my busy mind and love to share that with others.
I’m particularly passionate about making yoga accessible for all. I teach a variety of classes including male bodybuilders and autistic adults, strongly believe that every body is welcome in yoga.
I love to have a giggle and make class fun - my fave classes to teach go from gentle stretchy ooziness into a more strength building heat before heading back to snoozy bliss.
I love music and the connection to mind and body - I'm known for having a little sing in class from time to time.

Liv Haskey

Functional Breathing Instructor & Breathwork facilitator
Knowing all of the benefits movement, breathwork and meditation can bring towards physical and mental health, I love to weave together my knowledge of the science behind the breath along with my own experience of emotional and spiritual healing.
Motivated by mindful living, self care and embracing the positives whilst navigating through life with Crohn’s Disease, I am incredibly passionate about helping others understand and overcome their own struggles through mindfulness, movement and the breath.
Creating feelings of safety and support within my sessions are a main priority, encouraging others to embrace and accept themselves exactly as they are lights me up!

Collette Campbell
Level 3 Mat Pilates, Pre and Post Natal
For the past 15 years, Collette has been fortunate to have had an incredible performing career in the West End and on international tours- most recently performing in Frozen in London.
Collette has always had a great passion for dance science and understanding how the body moves and in 2019 completed a Masters degree in Dance Science with a focus on biomechanics and physiology. After practicing Pilates as a supplement to dance for 20 years, Collette decided to train as a teacher with Pilates Union UK so she could integrate her love of dance, science and pilates.
Collette's aim is to empower people to not only strengthen their bodies but also to understand the intricate mechanisms at play. By fostering a deeper awareness of anatomy and physiology, Collette is striving to help individuals improve movement patterns, prevent injuries, and achieve optimal physical well-being.

Bea Grist
Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Advanced Yoga training and Women’s Rewilding, Trauma-Informed Training
For me, yoga is love. It's about showing up just as you are - with kindness, acceptance, and no pressure. Whether you're feeling on top of the world, a bit lost, or somewhere in between, your practice is a space to meet yourself exactly where you are. No judgement or ego, just you and your breath, unfolding together.

I specialise in slow, mindful flows—think of them as a yummy, "ooey-gooey" treat for your body and soul. My classes are a space to drop in, feel, and witness the magic that happens when we move with intention. I believe that slow, conscious movement is a balm for the mind, body, and spirit—something I also need, especially as a perimenopausal woman. My approach is all about tuning into the wisdom your body already has, letting your breath guide you, and trusting that you know exactly what you need.
In addition to my teaching, I am a certified professional life coach (PCC). I find that my coaching weaves together beautifully with my teaching, allowing me to bring the benefits of both roles to every part of my professional life.
If you're looking for a class where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself, you’re in the right place. I can’t wait to meet you on the mat :)

Kelly Bottesch
Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Mandala, Yin Yoga, Shake the Dust
The teachings of Yoga appeared to me 12 years ago when I experienced a loss in my family. It offered me a path of homecoming, to myself and to the vibrancy of life.
Heart led practices allowed me to move feelings through my body and not shut them out. As we turn the gaze inwards to that vast knowledge that lies within, we can discover answers from a place of authenticity and truth.

I practice and teach yin and yang styles of yoga and my classes are inspired by shamanic teachings from nature and the elements. I love music and create bespoke playlist, which will allow you to move deeper into the intention.
As this journey continues to unfold for me, I hope to hold you in a space that nourishes the curiosity of your own practice and ignite your inner glow.

Lucy McSweeney
Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy, Pre & Postnatal massage, Soft tissue therapy, Member of ISRM (institute of sports and remedial massage)
As a child, I was always curious about yoga, a wannabe hippy; a spiritual and philosophical soul but never quite knowing how to channel that. I was a figure skater and musician and always on the go, then I finally landed on my yoga mat in my early 20s and felt like I found what I was put on this planet to do. I enjoyed the stillness, steadiness and strength it gave me.

What I love about yoga is that it is such a wholesome, introspective practice and it can help to shape how you live your daily life.

I love to share the endless benefits of
yoga and to help others find the magic and curiosity
of their own practice.

Erin Coltman
Hatha & Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Anatomy Training
The yoga teach is a reflection of the way I like to live my life; it’s fun, creative, versatile & full of love.
I flows between yin & yang, teaching energising vinyasa classes that challenge students and create a buzz in the studio, but also sharing nourishing yin and meditation practices where students can unwind and release.
I believe both are equally as important to create a happy, healthy & balanced life.

Emily Parsons
Hatha, Pregnancy, Postnatal, Chair Yoga
My yoga journey began over 15 years ago.
During this time, in both my personal yoga practice and my yoga teaching, I have established a great appreciation for the physical and mental benefits that yoga can have.

The practice of yoga has always been a means for me to find a sense of grounding. I hope that my students leave my classes feeling calm and centred.

I completed my pregnancy & postnatal yoga teacher training whilst pregnant and so have an understanding of how it feels physically and emotionally to practice yoga whilst pregnant and also after giving birth.
It is a privilege to help others as they transition through pregnancy into parenthood.
